Most famous for his book, “The Great Boom Ahead”, Harry Dent is regarded as the worlds leading Futurologist. “What the heck is a “Futurologist?” Good question. In simple terms; he predicts the economic future and financial markets in the US and around the world.

Back in the late 1980’s Dent predicted that the Japanese economy, which at the time was the darling of the world, would soon enter a slowdown that would last more than a decade.

Dent also ruffled a few feathers by forecasting that in the early 1990’s the DOW would reach 10k.

Big calls at the time…both met with much scepticism.

As it turns out, both of these predictions came true.

The basis of Dent's research is the highly predictable nature of consumer spending based on a family formation pattern - minimal spending as young adults, spending more as raising children, peaking in that spending as children are leaving home, and then slowing spending during the last 15 years of working life (48-63) while saving more and preparing for retirement.
 

Anyway, in this interview I ask him som e pretty forward questions about the coming years relating to the business, real estate and stocks and shares.

“DC Cordova Reveals her and Robert Kiyosaki’s Business Success Model

I first came across DC Cordova and Robert Kiyosaki back in 1994 when I attended their “Money and You” seminar in Hawaii.

These seminars are world famous, but what most people don’t know is how these seminars actually affected me and my life…
